Compliance Office
The Compliance Office, a unit of the Research, Commercialization and Outreach at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, provides training and support to faculty, students and staff in regulatory requirements for scientific research. The Compliance Office seeks to promote and ensure the highest standards for research compliance throughout Texas A&M-CC.
The Compliance Office provides administrative and operational support for Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi’s research compliance oversight committees including the following:
Institutional Review Board (IRB)
Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)
Conflict of Interest (COI)
Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC)
Export Control Committee
Services provided to faculty, staff, and students by the Compliance Office include:
Assisting with preparation of committee protocol applications
Conducting training (workshops, individual, group, classroom, etc.)
Providing guidance on research compliance at TAMU-CC
